Go to sleep is a normal thing for humans to do an activity called to rest. Literally, it has become a common need and a marker of the limits of human physical strength for the word activity.
But it's not that easy, the language of sleep can be done by everyone. In some cases, there are also humans who have problems it will be difficult to sleep like normal humans.
It does not mean that the sufferer does not do sleep activities continuously, but rather it is difficult to be able to sleep properly and normally like a sleeping human. Even if they fall asleep, it means that they are dependent on drugs or the sleep they are doing can be said to be unhealthy or lacking.
Although it was previously said that sometimes it is normal for some people to take steps to relieve stress or problems, it turns out that many are even because the level of stress or problems they face sometimes makes it difficult for them to sleep.
For me personally, sleep is an easy step for me to reduce the level of stress or problems that I face. And unfortunately, I'm one of those people who have trouble sleeping, so I'm very dependent on the existence of sleeping pills.
To be able to fall asleep easily sometimes I have to take sleeping pills. But all that is based on the applicable dose of course. Because if you are addicted to a drug problem, the bad thing you get is the problem of increasing the dose needed for the drug to work as expected. So it is necessary to pay attention to the problem of dosage and the rules that apply so as not to experience unwanted events.
Apart from my personal problems, sleep is indeed an activity that is needed by humans. Where it is said that if humans are prolonged lack of sleep will cause death. Whether this is true or not, I don't know because I didn't do any research on the problem of writing this time, but if you think about it, logic is true. Because humans, of course, there are limits to the problem of energy that supports the language of living humans.
Talking about other things about sleep problems, there are many positive things about sleep activities. From the words recharge the body, rest the mind, and undergo a new journey in every dream. Dreams become an experience that can be said to be like reality but not real, whether it's a bad dream or a beautiful dream, in fact, humans really like the existence of dreams.
And quoting a little from a person's status on social media can be taken from the existence of sleep as a rest for ourselves. Where it is said "Life is easy, what is difficult is our mind. Life is spacious which is difficult for our hearts. And this cheap expensive life is our prestige." So regardless of the word difficulty sleeping due to the pressures of life or all the problems faced in life, remember the nature of our limitations as humans still need a word of rest that is destined for every living thing in the universe.
