What Is Life

Life is an undeclared war. Life is the name of survival by constantly fighting! Sometimes I wonder if the person who drives a rickshaw every day has no annoyance towards life? Again, I think about the person who works all day, does he have any annoyance? Doesn't the beggar who is looking for two paise in the street have any problem with his life? Yes, they are annoyed but they are still struggling to survive. The meaning of life is a little different for those who are constantly suffering from chest pain and walking with a smile on their face, they wander from morning to evening in search of two handfuls of food! To satisfy the hunger of life, to put a smile on the face of the family, their daily life's work for two rice is 'this broken work, fighting for these two handfuls of rice is probably their life' which is their daily companion. Now let's talk about the lives of middle class and lower middle class people, their desires, their dreams, their aspirations mean a rate to all realities because reality is very cruel, there is no way not to accept reality. They spend most of their lives for their family, siblings, sons and daughters. The meaning of middle class life is very different but they can't give even if they want to, can't ask even if there is a need, they don't even express it for fear of embarrassment, they can't go up and down again, the struggle to maintain value is their constant companion. Nobody sees middle class babe crying because they don't want to show it to anyone! When I think about all this, I know how the world feels Life seems very difficult, again some people change the colour of life through struggle, become happy in life, learn to keep pace with life, find the meaning of life, in fact life is like that. The rich today, the poor tomorrow, live a broken life,

And what else can the rich people say about them, they have made life a commodity of enjoyment, of course there are some exceptions due to which the society is fine now, humanity is still alive in the society because they are there, saluting the rich people who are in love with money. They have not become inhuman, we see hope in them, they are the possibility of the future. One thing is true, everyone has to fight the battle of life Some win that life battle and some lose, life is really diverse.

জীবন মানেই হচ্ছে অঘােষিত একটি যুদ্ধ প্রতিনিয়ত লড়াই করে বেঁচে থাকার নামই হলাে জীবন ! মাঝে মাঝে চিন্তা করি প্রতিদিন যে ব্যক্তি রিকশা চালায় তার কি জীবনের প্রতি কোন বিরক্তি নেই ? আবার সারাবেলা দিন মজুরী করা ব্যক্তিটাকেও নিয়ে ভাবি , তারও কি কোন বিরক্তি নেই ? রাস্তায় রাস্তায় দু পয়সা খোঁজাখুঁজি করা সে ভিক্ষুকেরও কি জীবন নিয়ে কোন বিরক্তি নেই ? আছে , ওদেরও বিরক্তি আছে তবুও তারা বেঁচে থাকার সংগ্রামে ব্যস্ত । প্রতিনিয়ত বুকে কষ্ট , মুখে হাসি নিয়ে যাদের পথচলা , তাদের কাছে জীবনের মানেটা একটু ভিন্ন , তারা দু মুঠো অন্নের সন্ধানে সকাল থেকে সন্ধা এদিক থেকে সেদিক ঘুরে বেড়ায় ! জীবনের ক্ষুধা মেটাতে , পরিবারের মুখে হাসি ফোটাতে , দুটো ভাতের জন্য তাদের নিত্যকার জীবনের কাজকর্ম ' এই হাড়ভাঙ্গা পরিশ্রম , এই দুটো মুঠো ভাতের জন্য যুদ্ধ এটাই হয়তাে তাদের জীবন ' যা তাদের নিত্য দিনের সঙ্গী । এবার আসি মধ্যবিত্ত ও নিন্ম মধ্যবিত্ত মানুষের জীবনের কথায় তাদের ইচ্ছা , তাদের স্বপ্ন , তাদের আকাঙক্ষা সব বাস্তবতার কাছে হার মানে কারণ বাস্তবতা বড়ই নিষ্ঠুর , বাস্তবতাকে মেনে না নিয়ে কোন উপায় নেই । নিজ পরিবার , ভাই - বােন , ছেলে - মেয়ের জন্য নিজের জীবনের বেশির ভাগ সময়ই অতিবাহিত করে তারা । মধ্যবিত্তের জীবনের মানে কিন্তু একেবারে ভিন্ন তারা পারে না দিতে যদিও ইচ্ছা থাকে , পারে না কারাে কাছে চাইতে যদিও প্রয়ােজন আছে , লােক লজ্জার ভয়ে তারা প্রকাশও করে না , তারা পারে না উপরে উঠতে আবার পারে না নিচে নামতে , মান সম্মান রক্ষার প্রতিযােগিতা তাে তাদের নিত্য সঙ্গী , মধ্যবিত্তের বােবা কান্না কেউ দেখে না , কারণ তারা কাউকে দেখাতে ও চায় না ! যখন এসব নিয়ে চিন্তা করি দুনিয়াটা কেমন জানি গােলমাল লাগে ৷ জীবনটা খুব কঠিন মনে হয় , আবার কিছু মানুষ সংগ্রামের মাধ্যমে জীবনের রঙ বদলায় , জীবনে সুখী হয় , জীবনের সাথে তাল মেলাতে শিখে যায় , জীবনের মানে খুজে পায় , আসলে জীবনটা এমনই ৷ আজ যে ধনী , কাল সে গরীব ' ভাঙ্গা গড়ার জীবন চলে ,

আর যারা ধনি লােক তাদের কথা আর কি বলবাে , তারা তাে জীবনটাকে উপভােগের পন্য বানিয়ে রেখেছে , অবশ্যই কিছু কিছু লােক ব্যতিক্রম আছে যাদের কারণে সমাজ এখনাে ঠিকে আছে , তারা আছে বলেই সমাজে মানবতা এখনাে বেঁছে আছে , স্যালুট জানায় সেই সকল বিত্তবানদের প্রতি যারা টাকার মােহে পড়ে অমানুষ হয়ে যায় নি , তাদের মাঝেই আমরা আশার আলাে দেখতে পাই , তারাই আগামীর সম্ভাবনা । একটি কথা সত্য , জীবন যুদ্ধটা সবাইকেই করতে হয় ৷ কেউ সেই জীবন যুদ্ধে জিতে আবার কেউ হারে , জীবনটা আসলেই বৈচিত্রময় ।
