When you don't feel ok

There are moments when you don’t feel like talking to anyone, you don’t answer phone calls, you don’t reply to texts from people about whom you actually care. And believe me, it’s okay to shut everyone out for a few moments and take your time to regain all the energy you need. You know the way we put our phones aside to get them charged, sometimes we also need to do the same with ourselves. We have to be kind and gentle to us, to our own selves. And that’s okay if kindness to yourself demands shutting people off your life. This isn’t something to regret, this is you’re letting yourself grow in directions you love.
And when you’re okay, you’ve managed to make peace with yourself, just call back to all those people who cared for you, reply to all those texts you ignored because you weren’t feeling yourself.
Be patient with your own growth.
We should give some time to ourselves to regain the strength. This is called leisure time.
