Information and Communications Technology (ICT) plays an important part in our lives and in all aspects in our society. ICT has become the main method of communication, getting information and education, attaining services from businesses, hospitals, utilities, government, purchasing products and services, doing personal ad business transactions, and expressing social advocacies and awareness.
