Strong Girl Bong Soon
May pambihirang lakas si Bong Soon na siyang bida sa telenobela. Namana nito ang lakas na ito sa kanyang ina. Babae lamang sa pamilya nila ang magtataglay ng kapangyarihang lakas.
Subalit, pilit niyang tinatago ang lakas na ito a nagpanggap na isang mahinang babae na siyang dahilan ng pagkainis ni Kenny: ang kanyang kaklase at naibigan simula pa elementarya. Si Kenny ay isang pulis. May gusto si Bong Soon kay Kenny samantalang sa iba nakatuon ang puso ni Kenny.
Dahil sa tawag ng panahon, ginamit ni Bong Soon ang kanyang pambihirang lakas upang iligtas ang mga mag-aaral na ginulo ng grupo ng kalalakihan.
Naging saksi ang mga bata sa lakas ni Bong Soon ngunit nang dumating at nag-imbestiga ang mga pulis kasama si Kenny, hindi inamin ni Bong Soon ang pangyayari.
Pinagtakpan naman siya ni Mikael na naging saksi rin sa pangyayarl. SI Mikael ay isang mayamang lalaki na CEO ng isang gaming company. Dahil
may pagbabanta sa kanyang buhay, kinuha niya si Bong Soon bilang private body guard.
Ayaw sanang pumayag ni Bong Soon ngunit pinangakuan siya ng magandang posisyon sa kompanya.May krimen na nagaganap sa kanilang lugar. May mga babaeng nawawala.
Nagtutulungan ang mamamayan upang malutas ang problema ngunit napakailap ng kriminal. Binabantayan ng pamilya ang mga miyembro nilang kababaihan. Hanggang sa naging saksi si Bong Soon sa isang krimen na naging dahilan na nakilala niya ang suspek. Bilang testigo, nais protektahan ni Kenny si Bong Soon na ikinainis naman ni Mikael.
Naging tagapagligtas ng bibiktimahin si Bong Soon. Palagi siyang nagtatagumpay dahil sa kanyang pambihirang lakas na naging sanhi ng poot ng Suspek. Gumawa ng paraan ang suspek na mas makilala pa si Bong Soon.
Ginawang biktima ng suspek ang pinsan ni Bong Soon. Natuklasan din nito kung paano mawawala ang pambihirang lakas ni Bong Soon. Gumawa ng paraan si Bong Soon na iligtas ang pinsan. Nagtagumpay naman si Bong Son ngunit nawala ang kanyang lakas dahil sa ginawa ng salarin.
Binitag ng kriminal si Bong Soon. Nilagyan ng bomba ang kanyang katawan. Dumating si Mikael at pilit na iniligtas si Bong Soon ngunit wala silang nagawa.
Pinagtabuyan na lang ni Bong Soon ang lalaki ngunit nanatili ito sa kanyang tabi. Ayaw umalis ni Mikael dahil mahal na mahal na niya si Bong Soon.
Dahil doon, nanumbalik ang kanyang pambihirang kapangyarihan. Nalligtas niya ang sarili at si Mikael.
Doon nahulog ang loob ni Bong Soon sa lalaki. Samantalang natuklasan naman ni Keriny na mahal din pala niya si Bong Soon. Ngunit, nagparaya si Kenny dahi nasubukan na ang pag-iibigan ng dalawa.
Nagkatuluyan si Mikael at Bong Soon. Nagkaroon sila ng kambal na anak na pawang mga babae na may pambihirang kapangyarihan din.
A woman, our pride
Natividad P. Buenavista, Then and Now
I visited her one afternoon after my class. Evidently, she was resting. I noted some changes in her.
When she was my instructor at St. Paul College, she had been healthy, strong, and active. Now she had become thin, weak and slow in her movements.
"A biography? I am honored. This is the first time I am asked to talk about myself. I prefer to talk about other matters," she said.
Miss Buenavista is the second of eight children of the late Estanislao Buenavista, a retired District Supervisor, and Salome Berzabal, one-time elementary school teacher.
She was born in Cervantes, locos Sur on December 25. 1922. She spent her first three years in the primary grades at the Cervantes Elementary School.
She graduated from Candon Elementary School after finishing the seven-year curriculum in five years.
She was salutatorian when she graduated from the Magsingal Institute and obtained her Elementary Teacher Certificate from the Far Eastern University.
She finished the degrees of Bachelor of Science in Education and Bachelor of Arts from the Rosary College now St. Paul College of Ilocos Sur.
She finished the degree of Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second Language at the Philippine Normal College.
Even though she finished all the academic requirements for a doctoral degree, her dissertation remains a dream.
In her teaching career, she rose from the ranks. She became an elementary teacher at Cabugao Elementary School in June 1940.
At the outbreak of war, the Division Superintendent of Ilocos Sur sent her to Manila in July 1941 as a trainee for the teaching of Niponggo.
The training lasted for five months with delegates from Batanes to Sulu. She would never forget that national training.
Miss Buenavista held the positions of head teacher, principal, district super visor, Educational Media Supervisor and General Education Supervisor in English in the Division of Ilocos Sur before her assignment as Assistant Schools Division Superintendent of the Division of City Schools of Dagupan City where she retired in January 1989.
It was during her time as General Education English Supervisor when Mrs. Carmeling Crisologo, then Provincial Governor of Ilocos Sur, asked her to write the lyrics of the locos Sur Hymn.
"I realized the magnitude of the task. I pondered about it, meditated, and stayed awake at night planning on what to write. I pictured our whole province in my mind, thought about the places I have seen the scenes I love.
I recalled stories and songs that I had heard about our people, our past and present".
"I love Ilocos Sur," she continued. "It is the only province call my own." "And so the llocos Sur Hymn was written with Mr. Anselmo Pelayre composing the music."
She feels deeply elated when she hears it sung at the Provincial Capitol every Monday morning and when marching bands play it during parades.
She also wrote the lyrics of the Region I Hymn with Mr. Jose Valledor, a former teacher of San Juan District, composing the music.
Miss Buenavista hears the holy mass every morning and attends weekly meetings of the SISA (Simbaan Sangakarrubaan) of Purok IV Cuta and monthly meetings of the Barangay IX Senior Citizens Organization of Vigan.
Somebody asked her "Aren't you bored in your present life?" She answered. "No, I'm not'. I find joy in my relatives, especially in taking care of my grandnephews. One is never bored when there are self-assigned things to be done."
She lives in her own house in the neighborhood of her brother, Judge Arturo Buenavista, retired Regional Trial Court Judge. "You asked for my biography. That would be a thick book. The things I told you are but excerpts," she ended.
I can move mountains
When people throw you stones, its because you are good tree full of fruits. They see a lot of harvest in you, dont go back to their level by throwing them back the stones, but throw your fruits so that the seed of yourself may inspire to change their ways.
I am 12 years old when i first enter this small school, small but yet, a broad spot for molding and cultivating talents, to build confidence and literate yourself with the greats hand of this school's faculty members.
Four years, in that four years of being a Junior High Student, I learned from my them that it is not failure unless, you are learning beacuse no man ever reached the stage of success without allowing himself to be a begginer, no one starts from being excellent. And because of that, we have our teachers to help us overcome the obstacles and challenges that may come along our way. Another thing is that We cannot adjust directly the winds, but we can adjust the sails. What will be on the future will depend on what we do to our selves today. We may depend to our parents and teachers, but at the end of the day the one that will adjust the sails would be definitely us. So in life, when you feel that you are being burden with so much difficulties, show off your confidence. Dont just give up because these challenges are meant for us to be the stronger version of ourselves. And when you reached that shining victory, dont forget whose behind that success, because behind all are your teachers and parents who supports you from the beggining.
And i would like to use this platform to thank all of you.
First is my teachers, I may not name you one by one but you know yourselves, who supports me all the way, who helped me in my journey in reaching my goals and aspiration in life. Thank you for molding me and building my confidence to face any fields in life. My favorite mentors, coaches and my favorite friends. And honestly, inspite of the some problems that we encountered, I salute you for being a wonderful and amazing teachers to all of us.
I will treasure all my experiences and moments with you guys. I will never forget you becuse you will always have a great place in my heart.
Whever I see my parents, I see millions of reasons why I need to achieved all my dreams in life. In spite of how my family suffer from puberty, my parents were able to send us to school. And I will not let this puberty as a hindrance because i will let nothing stops me in my achieving my dreams in life.
I am so very lucky for I am surrounded by people who are very soppurtivein reaching my dreams just like my parents because whever I see my them, I see millions of reasons why I need to achieved all my dreams in life. In spite of how my family suffer from puberty, my parents were able to send us to school. And I will not let this puberty as a hindrance because i will not let nothing stops me in my achieving my dreams.
Recognizing my success is also recognizing your hardships and sacrifices. Success is the most precious thing i can never afford in life, but you are the most important thing in my life. And we are very lucky to have you.I would thank my My mother, my father, borthers and sisters my lola and to the rest of my family for you have shared lots of efforts and helping me achieved my goals in life.

Be a human
Humans are already suffering lots of environmental dilemmas such as those problems on improper waste management. Many people experience the retaliation of nature against our inequitable ways of people in throwing their wastes. Because of this, we are became prone to any catastrophes.
We are born from the earth, we return to the earth and we sustain by the earth. Hence, the environment in which we live is very important and it directly affects our lives. It is said that man is the product of his environment, book is the nature of which God is the author. Environmental problems is a global concern and it has no boundary.
Around the world, efforts are being made to make people aware about environmental protection. One of the main causes of environmental degradation is improper management in the disposal of waste. It is a major cause of pollution and outbreak of diseases in many parts of the world.
There is no permanent solution for environmental problems, the only thing we can do, is to reduce and control waste generation by proper awareness and practice. Proper management of the waste generated is most important in this matter.
Moreover, segregation is one of the most important activities that we need to practice and enforce for effective waste management in school because improper waste disposal has been a major contributing factor to the environment degradation. Thus, an effective waste management system even the proper sanitation must be introduced.
We can think of sanitation as the prevention of human contact towards waste, and might be the provision of facilities and services for the safe disposal of human and animal feces and urine.
More formally, the World Health Organization (WHO) define sanitation as the hygienic conditions, through services such as garbage collection and waste disposal.
So always put your self to reality that sanitation and waste management must go hand in hand to achieve a clean and green community and for a better and healthy living society.
Therefore, students must know their responsibilities in managing their wastes and how sanitation affects their way of living because it can cause distractions on school. Some cannot focus on their studies because of unpleasant smells of different wastes. Some maybe discourage because of rant wastes scattered everywhere. There is also the risk of getting prone to viruses and bacteria's.
Today, must the start of the responsibilities of young students in their role as a protector of the environment. We have only one chance to live, make that opportunity a big change so make the most out of it simply by means of segregating your own wastes because your part is a great help to the society especially the nature. In this way, it would probably help students to lessen the risk of the said phenomenon.
This study focuses on Grade 9 Diamond students which aims to reduce the risk of getting prone to different health complications that wastes may cause and to bring awareness of the timely and relevant issue which is the waste managing by practicing the proper and solid waste management as well as sanitation.
Be good to nature as it gives you a wonderful place to live in. Therefore, waste segregation means a lot to the environment so don’t hesitate to practice this activity wherever you are.
Be a human in serving the nature and environment. Be a human for a brod betterment.
Let us fight covid
Optimistism is a skill that creates a positive concept of living on which a person develops and improves his or her psycological and mental aspects.
The situation we are in right at this moment is picture of a dreaded roller coaster of life struggling with this pandemic that brought us fear mongering and negativities. Panic runs rampant as the rhetoric portrays the beginning of the apocalypse and the end of the world as we know it.
Stress and different emotions seems to harbor us for this battle really invokes a great fear and stress and we get upset for quite sometimes.
But this module allows us to reframe our perception and way of living regarding to the situation that the human race are experiencing righ now. It helps us to manage emotions and thoughts and as fas as I can see, this concept would be a great help in eradicating negativities that surrounds us.
As I always believe that God gaves his toughest battle to his strongest soldiers,I feel incredibly optimistic about the future, there is an antidote to fear, as it is HOPE that will pull us through these difficult times. By having these ways to manage emotions, I wholeheartedly believe that we will be able to persevere and come out stronger than ever.
We need to stay calm despite of the crisis that we are having at this point. Every problems in this world have a solution remember, There's always a rainbow after the rain.

People today were panic and worried about our current set up and it feels that the world is completely paralized in a state of thinking our dreaded future.
Ladies and gentlemen, let us be united for once. Let us fight for our life, cease the spread of the virus once for all.

Stay at home- when it is not necessary to go outside, just stay inside because its safe at home.
Wash your hands regularly
Use alcohol to sanitize your hands and yo prevent the spread of the virus
Take vitamins; and most importantly
Take this opportunity tl communicate with God, make your self closer to God because at the end of the day, you will realized how powerful a prayer could be. Pray, because it actually works.

You must keep on moving forward knowing that you should go with the flow of life.
Challenges in life is intact which reminds us to be strong. We don't prevent this such things to happen but what we can do is to remain progressive. Don't overthink because at the end of day, we will able to see a rainbow that gives us hope and therefore we forsee a bright day tomorrow.

The line itself was depicting Jose Rizal for the author symbolizes the life of Pepe as a star that even today, like the stars, still shimmering and we are commending for it gives us a friend in the form of light every night, Jose Rizal still on earth with the presence of his wisdom and bravery in the solidarity of the whole Filipino. A star in which we see every night and as a sun every morning, but whatever time the star will be reflecting to us I strongy believe that it is an evidence that we see Jose Rizal in every body of his works.
Jose Rizal, who was one of the spearheads in resisting and advocating political change during the Spanish Era, still had his name resounds throughout the country. It was because of his work, that carries hope, influenced people to seek independence from Spaniards. For that reason, his name and legacy would be remembered and continue to remember for eternity, although he was already dead.
The poem talks about our hero Dr. Rizal. He may be dead like the stars light years away but is still shining this days. And everything he did will forever be with us, giving light to our minds.
Rizal is a catalyst of change. He demands freedom not only for his self but also for his countrymen. The star represents him as a symbolic trade of enlightenment. The darkness of the Spanish era were people see but not speak about discrimination and maltreatment. He opened our eyes; he was foundation of other revolutionist and the steppingstone of every hero we have to fight for our freedom and sovereignty. He is a living example not only in his time but up to this day. And if star dies it creates super nova wherein it explodes this bursting colors -a beautiful astronomical phenomena. Like Rizal he was once star for others to see and look above. Grateful, brave, and keen a good hero. No, a great one. And his death was not tragic nor sad, but He knows his death contributed to grief but opened and struck our Katipunan and Revolution to withstand our invaders. Through him we stand free and in memory he remains.

No one in this world born ugly, there is always the so called beauty deep inside every individuals. May it be born with a chocolate skin, flat nose or even have the disability like dwarfism, those characteristics are once called impresive and exceptional beauty for they have the beauty inside that can amazed everyone.
Now, if you are one of them, if you don't have enough confidence to face the bullies that surrounds you, at this point, you must know how to show off your confidence because nothing believes you except your self.
Give yourself some shine, the brightest appreciation that you could have to yourself that will make yourself always PROUD. Of whatever skin color you have, what kind of face you have because it sounds useless, it doesn't matter at all. Because you are enough, because you are fabulous.

Kaya't nasaan ka man ay kailangan mong kilalanin ang iyong pinagmulan, ibig sabihin, dapat ay tinitingala ang iyong sariling likas. Dapat na maging Pilipino, ngayon, bukas at magpakailanman.
What kind of kite I am
Just like the kite, everyone of us have the ability to fly, not in terms of having wings but definitely the goals and asipirations in life, as well as our families and even GOD that gives us strength which made us reach the sky.
No man was born to be alone, he always need companions, he needs inpiration to motivite him, or to simplify WE NEED STRENGTH, WE NEED HUMANS. In my case, I don't think that I can survive without strength and inspiration coming from both my family and God, I always need their help because that's what they're for.
Im very lucky for I'm surrounded with people that makes me grow even more better. They are the one that keeps me shining through and I will not let anyone ruin and dim the light that comes from the sincerest and deepest love from my strengths
Laughter Is The Best Medicine
**Many years ago, Norman Cousins was diagnosed as “terminally ill”. He was given six months to live. His chance for recovery was 1 in 500.**
He could see the worry, depression and anger in his life contributed to, and perhaps helped cause, his disease. He wondered, “If illness can be caused by negativity, can wellness be created by positivity?”
He decided to make an experiment of himself. Laughter was one of the most positive activities he knew. He rented all the funny movies he could find – Keaton, Chaplin, Fields, the Marx Brothers. (This was before VCRs, so he had to rent the actual films.) He read funny stories. He asked his friends to call him whenever they said, heard or did something funny.
His pain was so great he could not sleep. Laughing for 10 solid minutes, he found, relieved the pain for several hours so he could sleep.
He fully recovered from his illness and lived another 20 happy, healthy and productive years. (His journey is detailed in his book, Anatomy of an Illness.) He credits visualization, the love of his family and friends, and laughter for his recovery.
Some people think laughter is a waste of time. It is a luxury, they say, a frivolity, something to indulge in only every so often.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Laughter is essential to our equilibrium, to our well-being, to our aliveness. If we’re not well, laughter helps us get well; if we are well, laughter helps us stay that way.
Since Cousins’ ground-breaking subjective work, scientific studies have shown that laughter has a curative effect on the body, the mind and the emotions.
So, if you like laughter, consider it sound medical advice to indulge in it as often as you can. If you don’t like laughter, then take your medicine – laugh anyway.
Use whatever makes you laugh – movies, sitcoms, Monty Python, records, books, New Yorker cartoons, jokes, friends.
Give yourself permission to laugh – long and loud and out loud – whenever anything strikes you as funny. The people around you may think you’re strange, but sooner or later they’ll join in even if they don’t know what you’re laughing about.
Some diseases may be contagious, but none is as contagious as the cure. . . laughter.
A heart melt real story!
**In the image above is Shila Ghosh, an 83-year-old woman who lives in Pali in West Bengal, a state in the eastern region of India and is the nation’s fourth-most populous.**
Her only son had heart ailment and passed away a few months ago. To make ends meet, Shila now works. Every evening, Shila comes from Pali to Kolkata to sell chips.
When asked if she has a problem in travelling, she weakly smiled and said: “No, the bus gets me here and my health is not that bad”.
Circumstances could have easily forced her to beg but her dignity and respect is everything for her, she is determined to work until the end of her life rather than to beg on the streets.

Don’t worry, Shila is being helped. Although she refuses donations and prefers to make her own living, many people found ways to help without making her feel dependent on anyone i.e. purchase more chips from her… some are also helping her to build a kiosk.

Coronavirus or commonly known as COVID19. This virus was very contagious for it affects human even our way of living. My life has been completely uprooted because of the virus that caused a seismic tear to everybody.
The coronavirus started as much less of a real threat than it is now and when you focus yourself to the situation that this pandemic has brought to us, you will see a big difference, something that seems to invoke fear in both the communities of the internet and real-life by upheaving peace and normalcy.
As I focus my self to the situation that we are experiencing right now, this pandemic really changed everything and it was so sad that the world feels so paralyzed in state of thinking of the dreaded future.
As far I can see this pandemic is a huge destruction and interruption in the field of education and it feels like anxiety starts to harbors us. Students during this time were not able to concentrate, our focus seems to be freezed and totally struck with this crisis.
Uncertainty. During time, we are clueless. We are not certain to our safety because everbody seems to have this virus and we can never afford to live our lives again when something bad happens and sometimes, we tend to express this feeling through prayer because behind this uncertainties we must connect ourselves to God, pray because it actually works.
In the field of econimics, this crisis brought a significant damage that until today, we are experiencing a degrading economic status and it is really grueling.
But on the other hand, this pandemic also invokes positivity in the lives of many. Being optimistic, is one of broad characteristics that can changed all negativities that surrounds us and because of this crisis, we become strong and developed the the trait called STRONG FAMILY TIES. This pandemic makes us closer to our families an even GOD.
Somehow at this point, we were given the chance to communicate and reunite with God and In every single day, we must thank him for giving us another day and life to live. We must also live the inner peace on us and if possible, until the end of this fight, DON'T LOSE HOPE. Because I believe that God gave his toughest battle to him strongest soldiers, and with that I'm always hoping that soon, GOD WILL HEAL OUR LAND.

Welcome to new world, a society that goes to a modern way of living. All things became high-tech that is why people gets so busy with these modern gadgets that seems to rule everybody.
This way of living really affects human lives specially in terms to cultural. Cultures and tradition now fades and it is something that shouldn't be.

Gaya ng isang halaman na unti-unting namumulaklak na siyang nagbibigay kulay at saya sa ating paligid kailangan din ng tao ang yumabong sapagkat may sari-sariling kakayahan ang bawat isa, minsan hindi ito nadidiskubre agad, ngunit dahil sa pagpapalawak ng ating kakayahan, tayo ay yumayabong.
Dahil sa aking pinanood, aking bibigyang kahulugan ang isang aral na aking napulot dito, at ito ay ang pagpupursigi at pagsisikap, ito ang tanging kasangkapan na bumubuo sa ating pag-unlad na gaya ng isang bulaklak na kailangang diligan ay ganon din ang tao, dapat na magkaroon ng mga layunin at pagsubok sa buhay sapagkat dito tayo natututong lumaban na kahit gaano man kahirap ang pagtahak, alam nating lahat na tayo ay may patutunguhan, ang bawat paghakbang ay may mararating at sa huli sa pamamagitan ng pagpupunyagi ay ating masisilayan ang tinatamasang kaunlaran.
How pandemic affects us
Considering the situation that my country Philippines is facing right now, it is very hard to sustain and provide your needings. I'm actually a student and I can say that it is very hard to study at these pandemic times. We have no enough money to buy load and we have no stable connection that is why we are experiencing big struggles in terms of online class.
