What is good health??
Good health normally indicates the physical Fitness of a person but it is more than that. Good health indicates mental soundness as well. There is one wise saying I thoroughly believe in. The saying is " Health is Wealth ". A healthy person is always happy. A sound mind lies in a sound body. I do follow the rules of health in order to keep myself healthy. To keep our health sound and fit we can follow the criteria. We have to follow certain rules like walking, taking balanced diet. What is balanced diet???
The foods that provide us with enough energy and build up our body. Which food we can find balanced diet food??? Balanced diet food are carbohydrates, protein, fat, fiber, minerals, vitamin and water. These food are very important of our life. I always try to have a balanced diet as it is necessary to keep fit. In absence of any of these elements, we can't keep good health. An unhealthy person is a burden not only to others but also to himself. So everyone keep maintain the following rules..

Health is bery importan for all.With out good Health one can not success in life.We all need ro eat good fruit for good healt.Thus we can do work properly.
