give yourself time and the space to feel, to shout, to cry, to be angry, to be confused, to grow and learn. give yourself space, it's okay. when things aren't going well, trust God for He has a greater purpose on that. hold on bit longer. pause, cry for while, then move again.

Forgive yourself, you are not perfect. Show yourself grace, you are still learning. Show yourself patience, you are on a journey. Life is too short to spend at war with yourself. Practice acceptance and forgiveness. Letting go of the past is your first step to happiness.
