I saw so much pain,tears and crying people for their loved one's. Many of us lost our loves,parents,and siblings. We are deprived of most caring, loving and important people from our lives. The last year and current 2021 is worst year for whole world. We feel more sad and pessimistic when we lost bestie and young people from our lives.

COVID-19 took us our joy, laughters, serenity and happiness and bumped us into drank tunnel life. Where we can see a liltle ray of hope and light coming from other side of tunnel opening. We all were scared enough can't sleep properly and nightmare in dreams too. Reality is that we saw a lot of hollywood movies about viral outbreak and saw how people went crazy after getting viral infection and finally die. So COVID-19 outbreak was more worse then movies parts. I saw a video where they were shooting people who had covid-19 infection.

I was working on hospital lab. I was there to help my cousin doctor during covid-19 outbreak. It was also important for my future to learn about lab test and how to deal with sample. First time a patient came into emergency ward. She was laying on ventilator,when i saw her first time. Rescue team 1122 took her into hospital emergency ward. Everyone was thinking it is a normal patient as everyone have flu and breath problem. So hospital workers and doctors was so curious if it would be a covid-19 patients? A lot of canny quires in my mind. What happen next. Because it was first case where i was working in hospital. So finally hospital authority decided to isolate her and also advise me to go home. So i had big pressure of my family to come back home. Last day i asked from my cousin he is MBBS doctor this was his first year that how is she. Actually she was so young and had much sampthy for her. He replied me her condition is normal now we are taking care of her. He advised me to go home and said to me you can do internship later. So i understood and i came back home.

After a week ago,i called my cousin and asked about her. He said he had covid infection and died. We were not able and proper precautions or vaccine to save her life. That day i got pessimistic. Because i saw her ,she was young and she was studying in university. Was thinking about her family how they accept this she is died and her body was not given to her family. This was so painful and hurting incident ever i saw with my own eyes. That was vital clue that crona virus really exsist. So i told this story to my family they were too sad and i said to them to do precautions and when go outside wear mask and keep social distance.

Only reason to tell you this incident to realize that how much vaccination is necessary and important. People are joking and making fun of Covid-19 vaccine. That this not good etc. For good sake if you want to alive you should get vaccine.

Discovery of vaccine

In 1798 Edward jenner gave the idea of vaccination. He i took some dead germ of cow pox from infected cow. He injected dead germ into the boy(James phipps). After few days he noticed that boy got sight symptoms of cow pox in body but he recovered soon and didn't get any infection. After that he injected live germ cells of cow pox into the body again. In result he didn't get any disease. So finally the term vaccination came into existence.

First human vaccine prepared in 1885. It was attenuated rabies virus.

What is vaccine and how dose it work ?

Vaccine have dead, weekend germ, toxins and proteins, help our body to produce active acquired immunity again particular infection diseases. Vaccine helps us to produce immunity against viral infections.

Our immune system cells T lymphocytes present all body parts searching for foreign antigen. These antigen are present on viral or bacterial surface. So our T lymphocytes detect viruses and bacteria on the base of antigen present on thier surfaces. These antigen can be carbohydrates or protein.

Naturally acquired immunity

This produced when we get infection by natural infection of viruses. So our body any how control on it. For example a man who get infection of Covid-19 by surrounding. So it is natural infection. If he has strong immune system and over come on this viral infection. So it would get immunity and memory cells by natural process no need to give vaccine to him.

Artificially acquired immunity

This is done by artificially by injecting him vaccine. He didn't get infection so possibly he would get infection from surrounding. So before virus attack on us. We secure ourselves by getting vaccine. When we get vaccine after that Covid-19 virus infect us, so our body already have immunity against it,out immune system kill the Covid-19 virus easily by taking less time. We would be safe from infection.

How vaccine dose work?

Vaccine are different types and mode of action is different. But all are containing dead or weekend germ and injected into our body through injection or shot.

First dose

When vaccine inter into our body the germ cells in vaccines active our immune system to kill them or produce immune response. These germ cell are already weekend or bead. So our immune system easily detect and kill them.

• First infection with antigen

• Body take long time ( lag phase) mean immune system prepare itself again certain antigen which is injected.

• Body take 7-10 days to develop immunity.

Second dose.

Again body encounter with same

• Take less time 3-5 days

• Quick reaction

• Antibodies production is high log phase.

• Memory cell are produce

Why second dose so important?

Actually primary dose only cause slight reaction and memory cell also not produced. Second dose is booster dose to produce memory again that particular antigen. Primary dose not effective. So that they recommed you to take second dose. If you didn't took second dose and if you git Covid-19 infection so maybe the more chance you would get infection. So that's why before you don't get secondary dose you need to precautions same like you are doing before. Wear mask, avoid from mob and keep social distance.

Why feel feverish and lazy after getting vaccine?

Actually yesterday i got first dose of vaccine. So last night i was so lazy and exhausted . Still i have headche. Only reason is that. Even this vaccine contain dead or weekend germ but these germ once infect our immune system badly. So our immune system get supper active. But as i already messioned First dose duration is 5-10 days took to make antibodies against it. So when new germ inter into our body it infect us and our body get week. So as compared to other i didn't get strong fever because it depends upon everyone immune system that how much it is strong.

What is real time PCR?

I can do this test alhumdulliah. Because i know how set real time PCR for covid-19 tests. This is lab equipment called real time polymearse chain reaction. Sample of covid-19 patients took from blood and extract its DNA. By blotting and then run it to PCR to find out it is infected or not. It give quick results that's why called real time PCR.

Vaccine for covid-19

Different vaccines are president now a days for covid-19. These are based on mRNA instead of germ or antigen. It make germ antigen later which trigger our immune system. These vaccine dose not change DNA.eg sinofrom i got this vaccine yesterday.

Closing thoughts

Vaccine protect us from future viral infection. This is not limited to yourself. It also protect your community and your families. If more people get vaccinated would less change of covid-19 infection. If less people get vaccinated than higher the chance of infection.

So please dont get attention on fake news about covid-19 vaccine. Get vaccination to protect your family,community, country and whole world free of covid-19 infection. By get vaccination we can get normal like back. We can laugh again on the beaches, we can travel again together and hangover. So i suggest you to get vaccination as soon as possible.
