It is become obligatory when we are sad and happy we drink alcohol to over come on grief and depression but we have no idea ,we get worse instead of relaxing and its lead to the addiction of alcohol.
My First Health care article reviews

I wrote an article about side effects of cold drinks and i got much appreciation and motivation to write again an other article about Health care. In my last article two people decided to quit the cold drinks just by reading my article was about side effects of cold drinks.
I am so happy that i am contributing my efforts to make people lived more charming and healthy by writing article here on noice.cash about Health care.
How alcohol is produced?
It is produced during catabolism of glucose (sugar). glucose breakdown by yeast mostly used Saccharomyces cerevisiae.which convert glucose molecule into two pyruvic acid molecules during glycolysis. Than these two pyruvic acid breakdown into acetaldehyde than into two ethanol molecules + 2 carbon-dioxide released.
Pathway of Alcohol from mouth to blood stream.
Pathway of alcohol is same like cold drinks. First it reaches at stomach. 20% of alcohol absorbed in stomach and when we have empty stomach it absorbed more alcohol and mix with blood stream.
Remaining unabsorbed alcohol goes to small intestine absorbed their and mix with blood stream which it lead it towards liver.
How liver breakdown alcohol into simple from?
Liver is second largest organ of the human body. Which detoxify and eliminate hazardous compound from blood and filter it. So when alcohol reaches in liver its breakdown started and eliminated from body.
Liver have a enzymes alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH). Which oxidize alcohol and ethanol molecules and changed their structure and converted into Acetyl Aldehyde.
Acetyl Aldehyde is much toxic/carcenogic compounds which cause toxicity and cancer
Now Acetyl aldehyde concerted into acetic acid which is less harmful and then acetic acid then concerted into water + carbon dioxide.
Side effects of alcohol on different organ of human body.
1. Effect on liver.
When alcohol compound are accessive in blood stream so liver tried to eliminate or breakdown of alcohol first rather than fatty acid breakdown. So in results fatty acids accumulating into the liver in high concentration. It cause fatty liver (hepatic steatosis) disease. Cause obesity, high glucose level in blood.
2. On heart.
When alcohol compounds reach in heart through blood stream. Alcohol compounds decrease blood pressure. So blood vessels relaxed.
3. Why alcohol addicted person have spirit like ador in breath?
After that heart pump blood towards lungs and here alcohols compounds are exhaled through Mouth and that's why in our breath smell like spirit.
4. How alcohol control our mind?
Alcoholic compounds reach each part of body now they reached in our brain. Initially alcoholic compounds realize serotonin which is neurotransmitter cause happy and calmness. It control our brain cells and we started move randomly and started thinking over or maybe sometime negative ready to fight. Its also cause the production of dopamine harmone which lead to the addiction of alcohol.
5. How alcohol effects our skin?
Skin is largest organ in human body. Alcoholic compounds also effect it. They changed the fair colour of the skin into pink. Acholic compounds are secreted outside through skin mixed with sweat. So that's why alcoholic addicted person have alcoholic ador in his/her sweat.
Hazardous side effects of alcohol on human.
Dreaded hangover.
Hangover exact cause is not completely understood. But several factors contribute it. When acetaldehyde formed from ethanol. So considered that acetaldehyde cause sever headache.
Interfere with glucose production / cytokines
Acholic compounds interfere glucose production in liver. Glucose is main source of energy in our body for cells.
When it cause in glucose production. So glucose level down in our blood stream so we feel like laziness, dizziness and lake of energy.
Alcoholic compounds also cause the production of cytokines. When is natural immune system cells fight against foreign particals like viruses , bacteria etc.
When cytokines over produce cause blood clotting as well as nausia and fatigue.
Alcoholic beverages also cause guestic acid in stomach which lead to the stomach pain.
Decrease production of antidiuretic hormone.
Alcoholic compounds decrease the production of antidiuretic hormone. Which help to kidneys absorption of water in our body.
But alcoholic compounds decrease production of antidiuretic hormone lead to less absorption of water by kidneys mostly released out of body through urine. In results body have lack of water lead to dehydration.
Case anemia.
Over use of alcohol cause anemia disease. In this disease oxygen level low in blood so definitely red blood cells lack of oxygen cencentration in blood lead to the cells death in liver and brain ,heart attack ,intestinal problem.
Moderation in case you can't quit it!
If you take 1-2 drinks in a day that is good strategy but better is that you need to quit it. I know this is difficult but if you want to live long than you have to quit it completely.
Summary.
According to me this is so dangerous for health. I never take a single sip of alcohol in my life. Because it us prohibited in pakistan. But i saw very closely people drinking alcohol in front of my eyes. But this is unfair with life. Even you know the side effects of alcohol at our body but we still drink it. Its mean you are killing yourself by your hands.
It also lead to some social problem. Unemployment and relationship problem. So for god sake keep yourself away from this shit.

Thanks you everyone for your motivation and apprication epically @TheRandomRewarder buddy for visiting my last article and i hope you would visit my this article too π
I really enjoyed your article! I also drink alcohol but not often, just on holidays or when there's a celebration.
However, I suggest that you should put proper links to your sources. Stating that you get your article on Google is not decent. Google is a vast medium of information.
