Today we are going to discuss about an important topic about health care is over use of water and its side effect on our body. Actually reason is that everyone knows that dehydration or shortage of water in our body cause what kind of side effects.
But this is always ingnored and no one ask about excessive use of water and its side effects on our body internely or physically. So answer is that yeah excessive use of water effects our body proper organ functioning and cells. So now i know you have canny quires in your mind that how?? I am going to explain it all about water that how much we need to drink ? How it effects? And what is the solution?

Relationship between our body organs and water
We always listened that drink more and more water. It helps our body to to digest food . It makes our skin fresh and charming. It also helps our body to rootout blood link disease. In reality it has a lot benefial effect on our body. Because our body 70% contain water.
Brain contains 75% water
Lungs contain 90% water
Blood contains 85% water
Bones contain 25% water
Skin contains 80% water
Muscles contain 75% water
Stomach and liver also need water for proper functioning. So water have important role in our body functioning.
But question is that! how much we need water?
Yeah very important question is that how much we need water? 1,5,10,15, glass a day so what are boundaries?
Answer is that it depends upon our body functions. If we always sleeping or sitting in office, so we need less water. If we are doing some workout like gym and doing hard physical excersize, so we need a more water.
Less or more in minor quantity is manageable but very low and high quantity of is unbearable for body. High and low cencentration lead to the side effects.
Drink water with high concentration lead to
High sodium level in body
Kindey work increase
Swelling of cells
Kidney damage
Uncontrolled urine
Less potassium level
When we drink less concentration so it lead to
Dehydration
Kidney stone
Less sodium level
Dry skin
So point is that we need water according to our condition. So how much we waste water that much we need to drink to keep balance.
Two type people
I already messioned that there are two type of people for example.
1. Office worker
When we always sit on one place at office chair or having slow motion. So our body automatically become slow in functioning. In such people food digest late and they don't consume enough water. They also have low blood pressure. Their all metabolism of the body works slowly.
So if such a people drink more and more water. So water directly would go to stomach than kidney and out through the body in the form of urine. So when they would get excess water in their bodies and body wouldn't bear it. In result it put pressure on the kindey, which lead to vomiting , fatigue and swelling of kidney. So this is big drawback of excessive water in body.
How to overcome on it. Simple solution is that you need to do some little effort or excersize after every 30 minutes. So your body would move and utilize more excessive water by sweating ,urine and by breathing.
2. Gym boy
Second type of people who worked hard or do excersize in gym . Their body in working state not in slow motion. So their metabolism work fastly. They can digest food easily and utilize maximum water. By sweating and fast breathing . So in results they need more and more water.
So here no problem of excessive water. They utilize more and more water rather then office boy.
How to overcome on excessive drinking of water?
Physical excersize: we need to do some physical excersize. So that excessive water remove through the body. When we would do excersize by sweating and more fast functioning of the body organ would utilize more water in results body absorb more water so the problem of axcessive water solved.
Increase water holding capacity: untill the body dont have water holding capacity than we can face excessive water problem in the body permanently. Whenever we would drink water is always effects on kidney and excreted from body in the form of urine. And i would lead to urination. So by doing different excersize we can built water holding capacity.
Don't rush / force yourself to drink excessive water: sometimes we suddenly drink 2-3 glass of water within no time. So it is so unfair to drink more water within no time. This is pretty scary thing we always do. Which lead to its side effects. We should eat enough as much we need it.
Desire of thirst: some time when we in high temperature environment or sunny day. So on our little move our body utilize maximum water. So we need to drink more water that time. But during winter season we have very less desire to drink water or less thirsty. So need less water because body working in cold temperature need to keep our body warm.
This is so unfair when we ignore our thirst!
Something we are enough busy like me right now! I am feeling thirsty but i am busy in writing and aim to drink water after completing this article. So this is toxic reality everyone in this matter same like me. So we shouldn't ignore our thirst, that's why! now water bottle is in my hand.
Indeed we need to quit this habbit and should friendly with our body and its requirements. We need to drink water at time and in adequate quantity. So by doing this we would not face the water less or high problem. Our body also utilize it easily.
Side effects of drinking excess water
Headache is one of common problem by less or excessive use of water. When water in our body in high concentration which lead to swelling of cells, fatigue , tiredness and headche.
When kidney face excess water . They face high pressure on them and need to work fastly and finally lead to kindey swelling.
When water in body in excess quantity potassium is removed out from body so body have lack of potassium this lead to leg pain , chest pain.
Urination is happened when our body have excess quantity of water in tissue fluid or in kidney so more and more urine produce to eliminate excessive water from body so again and again we need to go to washroom.
Average need of water for men/women per day.
According to the National acadamic of science , engineering and medicine A men need to drink 3.7 liter of water in one day and women need 2.7 little of water in one day
Summary
Water is blessing of god. So we shouldn't waste it and keep proper balance in body.We need to keep proper balance between body need and desire of water. Depends upon the condition of body working and environment. Whenever you feel thirty drink water in balance concentration. So keep in mind to drink less water lead to more problem as compare to excessive use. Dehydration is one of big problem in child. So you should awear of everything. Excessive water is not big problem. Simply you can deal with it by doing proper doing excersize and walk.
