In this time of Covid-19 pandemic, people might be frighten when you sneeze or cough. But why? It is because of the virus mode of transmission.

Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
If soap and water are not readily available, alcohol based sanitizers that contains at least 60% alcohol to clean hands
Even if you have the now the knowledge on proper coughing and sneezing etiquette, still follow strictly the safety protocols like social distancing and wearing of mask.
