What issues have you run into while searching for a co-founder for your startup?

Business is about human relationships, so although we strive to find great business partners there will always be bumps in the road. I've interviewed entrepreneurs from all walks of life and every single one of them had stories of wins and losses with partners. I think you find the best co-founder you can and then work hard to make it a healthy and trusting relationship. If you are looking to see eye to eye with your co-founder/s all the time you are not looking at it from a logical place.
