How was your day going ? I feel so sad right now because my acount has been penalize and I don't know what day it will be over. I am losing points lately. If you experience this do you mind sharing it also if I have a company there ?

Well i saw that you made another account and two accounts pwr user actually splits the points you earn between those accounts. And the points you earn will definitely decrease because of your penalty but that would depend on the kind of penalty you've received

Is it true that when the penalty says your account is penalize for 1 week then it is really legit that I will penalized for 1 week ? or it can be remove by stopping and using 1 account.?
Well the penalty can go away sooner, depends on your penalty, really. But sometimes you still earn points even if you have penalty, just not that much. You can't delete accounts somehow. There's no feature for that yet

Well i think they detect you because you create another account.. Read the T&C first or open your "my account" check if you have redmark word.
I have that redmark right now. So how to remove it. is it to abandon my new account for me to be not penalized at all ?
Im so sad too. Recently i saw my points it was just 77 but then suddenly now it becomes 71, i got minus 6. Why is this happening.
