Good afternoon!

I had decided to do maintain my diet and workout routine but things are not going as planned. I'm able to follow workout on a regular basis but my dieting schedule tends to shift a lot And that is not making me reduce weight I need to become really strict with myself since only thing won't help in reducing weight. I'll take care from today on the diet part.

Today,

  1. I have to meet my friend.
  2. I have to do workout.
  3. Be observant of my diet.

What are your plans for today?
