Take a good look at the skin surrounding the nipple; look at the nipple also. It is called dimpling of the skin, like the skin on an orange or lemon. Sometimes, this is what breast cancer looks like. This is known as Peau d'orange, (ORANGE PEEL) and can happen when cancer cells block the lymph drainage of the breast, resulting in fluid accumulation in the breast tissue leading to dimpling. Cancer is not the only cause of this, but if you see this, SEE A DOCTOR ASAP! It's breast cancer awareness month. Let your wife, sisters, daughters and female friends know the signs to look for to make an early detection. We don't pray for breast cancer but early detection saves life. #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth
