For me, the decline in success in the current society is based on the lack of love from those in power to those in the community, lack of tolerance , self esteem , lack of manners and also lack of communication between people in society as well as with their leaders .

• The society is declining in growth because all people care about now is themselves caring very less about others and the worst if these group of people are the leaders . They come to as humble like a sheep and make all promises they can think of just to gain power but do you know what happens ?

They rather use their power to make themselves rich, they leave the society behind and and make their children, family enjoy better life abroad. ( With their heads abroad and anus home)

• Other is the feeling of supremacy, where people think they are better than others . They consider others of less value and do very little for them and even sometimes denying them the chance to make the society better.
