Never call someone more than three times at a time. Just because your call isn't being received means the person is busy with something more important than your phone call. You can try again after 10/15 minutes.

Yes we should not consecutively no call a person more than twice even . But putting a bit of time gap in between makes as "cultured" since a person might be at a meeting in the time of your call.
