To answer your questions

You can send your money to any wallet of your choice. You need to download a bitcoin cash enable wallet. You can check if Luno wallet is available in your location and download it. Then create a new bitcoin cash wallet in Luno and send your money to it. To do this click on wallet, next click on BCH wallet and then click on recieve to display the wallet id copy it. Come to your read.cash wallet and fill in the amount you want to send, don't include the $ sign on the amount written. Paste the wallet id you copied on the space where it says wallet id and click send. Click ok from the pop up. You are done withdrawal of your money.
No minimum withdrawal, you can withdraw every day and any time as long as you have money in your read.cssh wallet.

You can withdraw to any exchange address as long it has a bitcoin cash wallet otherwise you may lose your money. So be sure it's a bitcoin cash wallet you are sending it to before making withdrawal to the address
