I want to suggest a paywall in our articles. Users can read a couple of paragraphs in a post and if they want to continue reading they pay a small amount to continue reading.

I'm suggesting it as an extra option for authors, not all posts will have paywalls just the very interesting ones. I think it will be good for everybody, it will make authors write more interesting content since you know users won't tip your paywall if they don't like your post.
It's give more challenge to all user just incase, but a bit sad too if no body got interested in your article.
I understand you, it will be nice to be able to choose if you want a paywall or not, so those who don't want can turn it off, and those who want it can use it. Just like sponsorships
I think you are talking about satoshiwall.cash where user can unlock remaining article using BCH....
This is actually a good idea but i think it will be better to implement it at least 3-4 months later as the writer and reader are still evolving and improving for quality content.. so let's build first whole ecosystem and then implement it..
if implemented here after 4-5 months..i am sure any good author will earn much more than any other crypto blogging site ever..also will attract more quality author too..

Paywall? I think if the readers need to pay some amount they didn't want to interact with other writers , coz not all readers here are not having good points. It is benefited with writers if someone pay for their articles, bit not in the readers, that's my opinion .
