However, things didn’t as planned, as events went on a paradise break; leaving chaos to be the captain of the ship thereby leading to a tragic night as a mass mass stamped ensured leaving 8 people dead and over 300 injured . Although Travis Scott himself has come out to express his condolences, the loss of lives and medical bills isn’t one which can be mitigated by a condolence statement .By Monday the 8th of November there has been a lawsuit filed against Travis Scott, being the organizer of the Astroworld festival and the entertainment company -live nation being the concert promoter and others involved. The Subject matter of the lawsuit which is to be discussed in the next post, boarders on disorderly conduct and inciting a riot and gross negligence on the part of the defendant to plan properly and conduct the concert in a safe manner. Irrespective, Travis Scott and the Concert promoter have released a statement, showing their commitment in collaborating with the police department to aid the investigative process . And also the statement by Kylie Jenner who happens to be the partner to Travis Scott as well as the mother of the child which they have together, also released statement which also doubles as a disclaimer as to the presumptions of they being aware of the deaths whilst things unfold. And rebutting the notions of Travis being a self- centered artist ,who doesn’t put the safety of his fans into consideration and how distraught they both are by the news of the event. .
