"How to over come your fears.." Without going into much boring details, I was suffering from anxiety attacks. I want to tell you about the words that helped me most. First, your suggestion to push through and enlarge that area of comfort around you. I tried with small things to begin with as you suggested (like going over a bridge) and feeling that great feeling after facing the fear. I was able to building my confidence and ability to know , whatever it is I'll handle it! And then , I was able to face increasingly scarier fears . (Of course, I was sweating and my heart raced, but it was worth I!) I'm working with other fears as well and I know you really must push through each one to get to the other side and feel that wonderful feeling. When I face these fears now, big or small , I am reminded of my myself as a daring fifteen-year-old : the old me, the one who used to do things before having too many preconceived fears . I am not 100% there yet , but I'm I the 90% area and I have to work towards it .
