🍒 #Ingredients 1/2 kilo pork kasim part sliced thinly 1/4 kilo pork liver cubed small 6 cloves garlic minced 1 onion chopped 2 pork cubes Fish sauce Pepper Ginger finely chopped Fried garlic Leek Water

🍒 #Procedure 👉 Fry pork liver then set aside. 👉 Saute ginger garlic and onion add pork cook until brown add water pork cubes fried liver Simmer until pork is tender. Season with pepper and fish sauce to taste. 👉 Serve top it with leek and toasted garlic. 👌☺
