The issue of backward areas are increasing day by day. Some private local and foreign NGOs are working to settle the major problems of these areas but Government isn't helping these areas. Education is the major problem of these areas. I have seen that the children in these areas are naturally talented but they lack facilities and opportunities .... If they have facilities they can change the world. All human have equal rights.
