Who we are
The Arewa Young Women Graduates Development Initiative (AYW_Grads) is a non-profit youth-focused initiative created to compliment Public and Private sector development interventions, focusing on solutions that offer innovative and sustainable business and employment opportunities for Arewa young women graduates.
The AYW_Grads Initiative provides a dynamic platform that offers networking and development of young graduates in unlocking business acumen and talents aimed at job and wealth creation leveraging on ICT, knowledge and information sharing, peer to peer collaboration, mentorship, partnership etc.
Mission:
•To unite and support Young Arewa Women Graduates to be a formidable union of experts and entrepreneurs serving as change agents for accelerated Economic, and Social Empowerment of Youth and Women by creating innovative sustainable Enterprises, Jobs and Institutions.
Vision:
•To be the leading development initiative for and driven by Young Women Graduates for wealth and job creation in Nigeria.

Key Objectives:
•To provide a platform that supports, train and promote young women graduates to be self-employed and employer of labor.
•To Key-in and support the attainment of the SDG’s particularly in the AYW_Grads strategic intent pertaining job creation, income generation, food security, poverty alleviation, financial literacy, youth and women empowerment.
•Pooling intellect, expertise, purchasing and power of cohesion, which includes promotion of goods and services offered on AYW_Grads platform.
•Create innovative and sustainable mutually beneficial partnership.
