Inhale, exhale! A fresh scent of dew, Touched my nostrils, A mild breeze of wind, Embraced my skin.

Inhale, exhale! Let me take in the oxygen, Up to my brain, Let the carbon dioxide, Breath out from my lungs.

Inhale, exhale! This clean air, That keeps me alive.

Inhale, exhale! I thank the Mother Earth, For sharing its blessings, And made us live a healthy life.
