Sometime its better to have some changing in weather because a person could be bored or fed up of long going weather as someone like rain but he can't accept that it has raining all the 24 hr in whole year that's why he need something difference like sometimes snow,rain, hot etc. So I think weather changing is a blessing of God to human being.
