A fractal in a summarized way is a self-similar geometric body, this means that this object at different scales has the same structure, although it sounds simple, this has had countless applications that go beyond geometric figures, these applications occur in the graphic design, medicine, data analysis, stellar and interstellar structures and a long etcetera.
Now, many will ask "yuyin and what does that have to do with optimism? Well, the optimist always takes advantage of the beginning of something to wish that what comes next is better than the previous thing, for example, it is very common to read each Monday that this week is better than the previous one, the optimist wants each day to be better than what happened, not to mention when the new year is celebrated.
From what we can infer, the desire for something better is the same whatever the timescale to an optimist, and if that desire could be measured in some way, that graph of optimism versus time might be a beautiful fractal.
