Some persons like FarmGirl got recognized by rusty on their 10th article. He is unpredictable and can show up at anytime. Just keep pushing and i think you should engage with more people and build a connection with them

No well, he is the RandomRewarder so he is pretty random, sometimes you can get 10 dollar tips in a day, and sometimes you may not get anything for 11 days. It is all random don't mind!!
