📌 Aside from coinbase, what other wallets I can use that allows me to link to my PayPal account? 📌 I have coinbase but my account is still restricted. Any idea why? Coz I can't add my payment method there, and I need it so I can link my PayPal account.

Hmm🤔, why not use uphold and exchange those cryptos to what local cryptos he's using. I have an uphold account and withdraw all my LTC and Doge to uphold and exchange them to xrp going to coinsph.😂 He can actually check his local bank if available in uphold.

Try Payeer multi wallet. It is actually a wallet that allows you to hold,trade crypto in your own prefered currency. As far as I know you can actually make transactions with payeer to paypal vice versa but not pretty sure if it can link,you can search it in google there are many tutorials in how to make transactions with it.
