How to get my Concentration back & what should I do with my new found Free time?? How should I structure my day??
Long story short, I made some changes like not seeing TV/listening to music or consume content while eating food & I am currently using Reddit after like 1 month(I am not using any social media for the rest of the yr), plus I am not gonna consume any content (Anime, TV Series etc.) for the rest of the yr.
So it just turned out that I have a lot of free time......How can I use this time to bring my concentration & Focus back?? & What other activities can I do??
I have been trying to read books & I did complete 3(Deep work, Metamorphosis & Man's Search for Meaning). But it feels forced.
One essential thing I am following are 3 podcasts- Lex Fridman Podcast, Huberman Lab Podcast & Deep Questions by Cal Newport. How should I structure them in my day?? Or Should I watch them on weekends.
PS- In terms of exercise, I go cycling every morning since August 3rd & I actually completed 1000 KMs in less than 2 months(I track using Strava). and I am indeed planning on going to Gym.
