Follow Your Passion

On the cover letter from proposal sent from a candidate, the manager is really impressed with the line "I would follow my passion when I work for your company".

He called that young man for an interview to confirm what he said from the letter. Afterward, he gave him the opportunity to work as a service consultant.

The young employee was trained with many different courses to improve his working skills. He was also sent to Holland to learn more about the production line in the main factory of the company.

After a year of working, the young man realized that his salary is a kind of meager compared to other workers. So, in every time he found that his manager is cheerful, he made a little joke

Young man: "Christian, sometimes I want to treat you a meal at the restaurant, but I am likely broke" Manager: "I know, thank you, man. I can pay for myself."

Also, in one time, the manager paid him a compliment for his good deal with customer.

Manager: "our sales went up a bit last month. It is a good news." Young man: "You know, I work with my passion. But sometimes I feel a little hard for things..." Manager: "Try harder huh?"

In a day, It was the off-time, the young man was studying English with his trainer in the office and the phone was ringing.

Manager: "Hey, pick up phone, guys" Young man: "Yes, sir. The greatest man always works with passion even in the late evening"
