How can I strengthen myself mentally?

  1. Confidence is important, but self-control is more important than that!

  2. Focus on today; Because you can't change the past, and the future is out of your control!

  3. Take care of yourself for at least 30 minutes every day and spend time alone.

  4. Your dream will never be fullfilled as you wished - this is the ultimate reality, accept it!

  5. Face your fears and try to conquer it.

  6. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is a crime not to learn from mistakes!

  7. Honesty, sense of responsibility, gratitude, character - are four valuable mental weapons!

  8. It's ok to be frustrated, but losing your goal in frustration is not.
