Most young people have a habit of sleeping late at night and waking up late in the morning. But a recent research has shown that most of the young people who have this habit complain of asthma and allergies. Symptoms of asthma are usually associated with internal activities of the body, but this study published in the ERJ Open Research publication shows that sleeping habits also increase the risk of asthma.
