03-28-2022 LOG 3: How was my work immersion?
The work immersion was a full load of experience for me. Full of tasks, work, responsibilities, stress, loads but besides this my exhausting experience, I was filled with happiness working with these people in our office. The heavy loads of work really shaped me and trained me at the highest level. Although I am not that emotionally ready for work, I as we explore and encounter some circumstances that will affect my own perspective about what work truly is. I was trained and experienced what it’s like going through a busy working day or weeks. Great learning comes from blood, sweat and tears. I do not see myself being unlucky because I have been busy for the whole two weeks, but I think of myself as a lucky trainee for having many experiences in a working environment.
The activities, tasks, homework, requirements and grades put pressure on us students. With all of these things mentioned, school has been molding and preparing us into better versions of us and to the real world. Assessing and looking upon myself, my character, personality, existing knowledge, and skills, I am undoubtedly prepared to experience this opportunity. These factors helped in acquiring and developing the skills and ideas and values on what a student can have. Because of these experiences, I am flexible enough to do any given task that is given to me. I was given another chance to help myself shape my own career and be introduced and exposed in the working environment. The excitement I felt cannot contain helped me to be more inspired on the upcoming tasks and the new challenges that we will experience. Working immersion will be a glimpse for us into reality. This is the time that will let us feel what it feels like to be in work/service although it is just a little bit of time.
These learnings and experiences I have reaped from the working experience are truly priceless and so valuable that It will serve as a guide in life and To become a good worker, you have to be brave enough to face everything that will soon come your way, my way. It is also building your self-confidence, once you have, so does every skill you have to become a good worker.
What about you? How was your experience? How did you cope with other factors in the workfield?
