Today with this fast pace of time wherein we are running after it, no wonder man easily get sick, complaining an illness that even doctors could not diagnose. We are always busy, on the go, forgetting to lay down once in while, give rest to the exhausted body and feed it with good food and surround self in a healthy atmosphere. We have to relax, unwind ourselves, nourish with good foods and good vibes, and activate our immune system.
