Unless you are going to live in a place that's out of this world, otherwise being successful in the drawing art pieces is really not going to be an easy-going career for you. Art is really needs passion and time, and also great skill in drawing those 1 time perfect art pieces. Let's not ve biased as well, most people on the other hand, do other activities to make a supplement income from other talents /skills as well as from creation of original works of art.
The internet on the other hand, has made it possible for artists to make that extra income from art. A friend of mine from Ukraine has been able to make good money from her art pieces by sharing them on the internet. She has developed more passion for art than she has had back in the days. Today, with the development of the internet, there are really great number of artists who include graphic or commercial artist or illustrators, there are graphic artists who put the magazines together, and illustrators drawing the cartoons and graphics. Also, website designers, computer-graphic artists, and animators for film and television, there are stage set designers and builders. There are computer game designers. There are art galleries and museums, teaching art and art therapy, mural painting and face painting, tattoo artist, to mention but a few.
The works of art are diverse and today the way of a earning in art is not limited to just drawing and painting, but also other skills with tools like computers. This however, does not justify the reason that you succeed in life working in the field of art. Every successful person has to work hard with his/her skills to make sure that they are rewarding enough especially in these days when the standards of living are hiking. One will have to be extremely creative to be able to live by any skill they have.
