One of the main excuses for not exercising is not having time during the week, but this excuse is no longer valid on weekends.

Saturdays and Sundays offer time and space to practice any physical activity, whether it is taking the bicycle for a ride around the city, doing calisthenics on the beach, aerobics at home or, if it is open, going to the gym.
