Depression is a disorder that is affecting more and more people at some point in their life. This kind of depression does not go away in general, it does not help the person to be happy or to control themselves. . The matter is not so simple

Free your self from depression dear. Try to call some spychiatrist (I don't know if that ia the correct spelling or word) consult to them and they will give you advices or try to do some research on how to break the stigma, how to counter depression.
