What happened to readcash? This is the first time i encounter this. I think there were a point freeze happening? I dont know why? Can someone tell me why?

Really? As far as i know i am only the one encountering this shit.
I have been suffering from this problem for a few days and I don't know what will happen. I emailed rc but they did not reply Not working for this problem. ðŸ˜
