Is there anyone who has made a withdrawal yesterday or today, And also received it in his or her personal/Payeer's BCH wallet?

Please tell me because I haven't received my withdrawal of 3$ BCH at my Payeer's BCH Or in another cryptocurrency, could it be a withdrawal? Let me know if you have any experience with this.

I read a short post just this morning that payeer disabled the BCH sending and receiving transactions, they didn't announce resuming transaction yet.
