Overthinking Thinking is good but overthinking is very bad because it destroys your mood, energy, time, your goals and some time to yourself also.

According to me overthinking is a disease which affects our mind and our actions.

To think a lot about anything instead of doing is overthinking and this is a bad habit.

It prevents you from doing anything and also makes you disable to take any decision.

It can be of about any happiness, an event, something bad happens, maybe due to past mistakes. You are continuously thinking about that, this makes you inactive and you can not get it out your mind.

I have a few solutions to overcome this habit:

  • Walking into the garden or park will help you to make your mind peaceful.

  • Swimming or exercising also helps to divert your mind.

  • Start Realizing yourself that thinking for few times is enough and now I should take action on it.

  • Watching suspense or any good movie is the best option because you completely forget everything except the movie.

  • Playing games is also a way to reduce overthinking.
