We should all participate and celebrate great cultures. But recognise not all cultures or parts of some are good. And work to make them better or when required reject them. :) Our values and behaviours should support one another.

So true I think people treat them all the same but they are not. I like Read Cash culture heaps. Strong team showing clear leadership. Twitter culture needs rework.
