I believe you get $10 (worth of EOS) to watch five short EOS videos (each around 3 minutes long). You also have to answer a question for each video. For each referral afterwards you get another $10 (worth of EOS), but you only get to refer 4 people max. So the maximum you can get in total is $50 worth of EOS. $10 for the videos you watch and because of the questions you answer, and $40 through referrals.
