🍭 #Procedure 👉 In a bowl combine condensed milk and powdered milk. Mix it well. 👉 Take about 1 tbsp or so depending on the Size you want. Bilugin lang. 👉 Roll in white sugar. 👌☺

👉 For green color of pastillas i used green food coloring
