Hi there Fellas. Its me cryptonoob with another short post. So since we all know the new trend about electric cars and bikes. Do you think we will ever go fully electric on the roads? If yes how long until it happens and how will it effect the world’s economy? Lets have a productive discussion 😎

This would be beneficial. Electricity can get from different sources like wind, water and even sunlight. Electric cars would help to lessen the use of oils that emits harmful.gases when burned. Electricity cars would lessen our expenses and will help to avoid further pollution

I agree. There are many benefits if we go fully electric but do you see it happening in near future?

It would be possible in the future. Looking for out technology today, this innovation would not be impossible. I have already seen few of these electric cars in our country like the e-bike and e-jeep. They were electric powered transportation.

Here in boracay, most of the transportation now is e-trike, less pollution n i should say eco-friendly, it started since boracay under go it's rehabilitation n that's 2years ago n it helped, somehow pollution lessen which is a good thing n soon, the tricycles r going to be replaced by e-trikes too n that's good although e-trikes moves like a turtle n there's a time that it was the reason y i got to work late

It's not really an overall good idea, those e-trikes... since they just limit emissions from the vehicle themselves but not on the power plants and on the petroleum refineries in which is one of your electricity sources

Yes, u got a point in there, but that idea came from the national government not here n the lgu's just following what the government wants n e trikes has their own shop/place where they charge their batteries n like i said, the pollution lessen n according to the electricity sources u r referring, there r an electric company here named akelco that supplies electricity all over the island

What's the electric company's source of power though? I hope it's something green at least, else the entire reason for them using e-trikes would basically look quite futile since they'll just be redirecting their emissions to somewhere else

Another point u got there, but question for u, don't u think that before the national government do n order things, don't they planned it very well, all of the aspects of it n the good benefits it will do for the rest of the people here in boracay n to the island itself? As for the electricity again, don't worry po, if i got time, i will ask akelco about it po, thanks for the comments, miss hanzell n God bless po

To your question.. no, i don't think they plan it enough. It seems like merely a show of activity and fake concern. If they really put any real thoughts on their projects and implementations then they would be talking to professionals and experts on the field. Like for using those e-trikes for example. Sure, they're good in a sense that they're electric so no emissions but then there would be other alternatives like putting the research funds to better use and adding more of those solar powered jeeps. That project is private actually, and i really liked that project as much as it is still lacking. But then it doesn't need to be recharged so no need for power companies. And I'm sure the government will get a large portion of money from those power companies since "we give you more income by promoting use of electricity from your company, don't we get a share of that?" I'd appreciate if you asked ^-^ thank you

Thanks for the concern, n for what i see here now, it helped lessen the pollution somehow that tricycles does have n sure, i will do ask akelco about it n thanks again n God bless po, miss hanzell :)

Hahaha looks like you have political concerns and I agree that these things happen a lot. To have a big change, all the people will have to think about the issues on a bigger level and the political parties have to understand this also.

It happens way too often. Since i belong to the research field, i see how often the government benefit from having a certain company monopolize a certain sector and i also see how there is a lack of genuine concern for the people in the end because the support on the project never continues. I've also seen stolen researches that they attempted to implement but couldn't pull off because the people in positions really don't understand what the researcher was trying to do but they don't consult the researchers either. So if they get lucky, they advertise it as theirs but if not then the research was bullshit

This has been happening all around the world. All of these top guns , first of all, don't give a flying @@@@ about anyone but themselves. Consider this current situation, who earned billions in todays market and who filed bankruptcy. The sad reality is, this has been happening for a log time in each and every sector of the world. Middle class and a common man will always be banging their heads on the wall to prove their justified facts and figures, yet not even a slight change will occur.

We as humans would never had to talk about green energy or the negatives of dangerous emissions even in the automotive industry if the whales of this industry would have behaved....

I get your point in this because it is an undeniable fact everywhere, after all. I hate it because all these young people trying to make a difference get corrupted or shot down by the veterans or pioneers that run those industries and sectors so it really changes people

I have also personally seen it in my country is that the government would privatize some institutions so that their friends company make more money

See?!? It's everywhere and it makes me livid when this happens. It would be great if science people ruled but their concerns lie in finding knowledge and not answering to the people ;-;

Yes that is another question we need to ask the service providers. But for me I think this idea od etrikes is not bad

See that is again great to hear as there is a plan on a government level to introduce there initiatives that would decrease the pollution and also are beneficial for the nature. Do you think soon it will happen to big cities also? How will it affect the over all economic situation in your country

I think in manila, they started putting some n it will also lessen the air pollution there n i think if they put some on big cities, they might use solar etrike or ebus that gets it's power source directly from the sun

See there are the practices that will be future beneficial for the country and the world. I am really glad that you government is at least thinking about it

Yes, it's a good thing n finally they knew how to make the world a better place to live in, less pollution or should i say, no pollution in the future, i hope n obtaining changes while thinking of not harming nature n reducing pollution is a beautiful n helpful thing that they would do hopefully in the future

I totally agree with you on it. I hope this trend also starts in gulf countries soon but the problem is that here the weather is too hot and batteries of the electric automotive will not survive for longer periods

Yes, hopefully, they will adapt that there too n in every problem there's a solution, they will find a way somehow, just believe n before u knew it, it's already happening

I agree. I am sure they will soon follow the trend and of course find a way to solve this issue.

Yes, it's a good idea n i agree in it since like i said pollution lessen, some people agree n some disagree but still they followed want the government wants

I would still go for the option of solar energy. No emissions, no indirect power consumption such as the e-trikes which really just redirects where the emissions go but it doesn't remove it completely, and since nanotechnology has been leveling up, windows can now be solar panels so it's very convenient for almost every item that has windows. All that's needed is an energy harvester and a reserve as to where to put the harvested energy. Plus if it's in a tropical country like where i live, i doubt there will be a shortage of your solar source

These are some really good ideas and initiatives for a sustainable future of this earth. But one of the questions again stays that do you see it happening soon? If it happens how will the economy of your country or the world will be affected?

$ 0.00
3 years ago

It happens in the metro of the Philippines and in some other regions here. They call it e-jeeps too but those jeepneys have solar panels on the roof, the harvesters are also on the roof and the power reserve goes below the seats this the design is still spacious enough for about 15-20 passengers? It looks almost like a mini bis to me, actually. I can see this happening for other tropical countries too and those areas that get enough sunlight because why not? I can see it eliminating the need for petroleum and power company monopolization too. The only problem righnt now is how to improve energy storage for when it's not sunny. The current ones have limited functionality when it gets rainy here

Energy shortage is a big problem in many developing and underdeveloped countries. That is why we need to implement innovation to find renewable energy resources

$ 0.00
3 years ago

Everywhere soon, actually. That's why I was never in favor of electric cars and stuff. I was always in favor of solar power but then i think eventually it will get limiting policies from local governments and that would give a big blow to the green economy everyone hopes for

Its a long shot, in current situation most of the third world countries aren't even able to provide proper electricity for the domestic use without disruption either.

I agree. The kind or response I was expecting to come from someone at read cash. But say it happens? How long to do think Europe would take to implement it? How will their economics take this change?

Norway tried using green road in which they installed panels on a lane for about 100 plus metres thinking it would generate some electricity. The project was a big flop coz as it was supposed to generate current, which it didn't, it cost the county a hefty amount in maintenance as the panels were breaking down more often than calculations

Yeah I read about that innovation disaster around two year back. I believe there is potential for technologies like that to develop further

Yes there is, it's becoming more of a necessity than just any requirement but we are still faaaaaaaar away from that

True. They world needs renewable energy and it needs it fast. The future of the world depends on it

I can feel it. Its the need of the hour. Some countries are opting for hydro electric system to generate electricity while others are still using furnace oil. Its one if the many examples

Yeah man. Hydrocarbons still control the fuel and energy sectors of the world. What we need is awareness among common people

$ 0.00
3 years ago

Thats true. It all depends on how we pass on the knowledge and how to educate people. Don't you think all of these emissions are normally emitted by the companies controlled by some elite class businesses

$ 0.00

You are right. All these big automotive brands are owned by 2 or 3 major groups and they control all that is for the success of their business. That too includes making people aware
