I'm not French but it is my native language. I saw that some BCH articles were translated to many languages. I haven't seen any articles here in French so i wouldn't know what to translate from French to English.
If you know a french author here who is publishing articles bout bch in French words, you can ask permission to translate it to english .

Yes you can ask permission from him if you want to translate it to french, but I'm not sure if many will read and understand it 😅 i suggest you to make french basic words tutorial, many will love it.. i want to learn french words to..haha
Hehe I will think about the intro to French as the purpose might have been to reach even more people. But I think there are no French audience here. Or at least like me they are bilingual.
