There are no big changes in BCH business or anything else expected for November 15th.

We will undergo a normal standard protocol upgrade (new DAA).

Additionally someone that has been disruptive will leave the community.

I don't think there is any reason to leave. There are a LOT of reasons to be very positive about Bitcoin Cash (BCH).
