It's a 'Fact'. Absolutely it is. Think for yourself. We are living in a digital age, and everyone wants to show others that they belong here. And, they do this by 'Faking' themselves.

Run Hard

Life has transformed into a 'Race'. And, everyone is a participant with their racing shoes on. In such scenarios, time is critical. It's a limiting factor. So, obviously we are encouraging people to be 'Fake' and do what has to be done. Not thinking about what needs to be done.

Why All that 'Faking'...?

You get what you want by doing this. That's why it's prevalent. People make perceptions real quick and these 'Fakers' just know that. They are 'Super Smart' in identifying situations where they can benefit personally.

Practical Examples...

An Interview..

This is an absolute nightmare. The 'Faking' that goes on here is totally on another level. You just don't want to see all of that.

Here, as everything that these 'Fakers' ever wished for are up for grabs, so they never seem to shy away. And, blatantly brag about anything that could get them the job/admission or whatever.

As highlighted earlier, they are being encouraged by the system itself, the processes, and by the people responsible for those processes.

Why would a 'Faker' fake if these people don't rate and value all the 'Faking' that goes on? So, they are equally responsible for all of that.

Board / Company Meetings..

Same goes on here. Everyone tries all their level best to take the credit for all the good things that ever happened, and show their disassociation with anything that ever proved detrimental.

"Please the real boss, who has just come today & leave the rest"

Those that have this sort of objective in mind come out on top, and they are rewarded in some way. The best of 'Fakers' take that honors.

Family Meetups..

No, Please no. Don't do that at least here. But they don't care for us. Do they? No, Not at all. They will do that here too, as it's second nature now.

Family parties are now 'Competition' corners, where they remain busy in silly comparisons. This creates a perfect environment for 'Faking'.

Ever listened to what they talk about the most? It's about 'Brands' they admire, actors they aspire, and all the material things they want to hire. These are the most important things for them.

You Better be Smart...

Beware of these 'Fakers', and be away from them if possible. Be smart, and do not fall to their sweet traps. But instead:

Value 'Consistency'..

Do your research, and take your time in assessing the situation or someone. Value someone's consistent actions, not mere words. Words have the power to lure you. These words and associated gestures are the biggest weapon for the 'Faking' job. Know the 'Real' person, not the fake one.

Know them 'Personally'..

You won't get to know the true picture, up until you get to know the person personally, not professionally. Someone's professional reputation is not a good indicator of their personal character.

People have a knack of bringing out their best possible self when they are in a professional environment. And, that mostly misguide others.

Don't be 'One' of them...

Please. It's a big 'No'. You can be much better. Just don't be one of these 'Fakers'. They are already in abundance. We don't need anymore.

I guess we must try our best to cope with them whenever we get across them. I will also highly recommend saying out loud these lines, whenever we are unlucky enough to meet them:

Say,

" I know you, I read an article on read.cash about you. Yes, you are that guy. The 'Faker', and I am not going to get fooled by your dirty antics."
