One Of The Numerous Marketing Strategies
What I am about to dwell on is mostly common among roadside sellers, hawkers, and local traders whose main goods and services are edibles.
How many of us do consider the outward appearance of a person (seller) before buying or purchasing goods from them? Do you just go ahead and buy from these people without having anything to do with their appearance?
I believe the answer to that question from about 85% of the masses will be a NO!.
Mostly, people would rather buy from a clean and neatly looking seller than the one looking all dirty and unkempt.
The truth is, consciously or unconsciously, we tend to look out for those things before we can get edibles from these sellers. I personally look out for the outwards appearance of a person before I can purchase anything that goes into my system from the person. As a food vendor, your dress sense, your cleanliness, and your neatness matter a lot. You can't be selling food and looking unkempt and dirty, who would blindly want to buy from you? Even if your food tastes good? Though some may, but the majority will be driven away by your outward appearance and self-management.
Cleanliness! One Of Your Selling Points In Marketing
We don't have to say this over and over again, this should already be a priority in one's area of specialty. You must be clean and neat to attract more customers.
A person who is able to take care of himself or herself even as a busy type, gets to attract more eyes to his or her business, whether as a hawker, food vendor, or even roadside trader.
There are no rules that say that every hawker, roadside trader, or food vendor must always appear all bushy and unclean.
There are no rules that say you can't dress fine and neat, smell nice, and still sell your edibles.
No rules say you can't neatly braid your hair, shave your beads and wear good-looking outfits to market your products.
Be the kind that markets his or her good the right way, the jaw-dropping and outstanding way.
You can be different, single yourself out from the crowd, try doing the same thing but in a different way.
Die or bury the idea that every roadside vendor or trader and even hawkers must or should be dirty or appear unclean and unkempt because of their nature of work.
That's a big lie and it shouldn't be encouraged or welcomed.
Strive to be different and do your business differently.
Dressing fine, smelling nice, and looking neat and clean is also one of the marketing strategies.
Decide today, embrace and prioritize cleanliness in your scope or area of work, and watch small the small crowd you will drive or receive afterward.
Still your baby girl ;)
To my faithful readers and wonderful sponsors, my heart goes out to you guys. Thank you for making my journey here a fun-filled and exciting one. Thanks for trusting and supporting my work too. I pray that God bless you all real good :)

True zelly. As a vendor we should prioritize first the cleanliness especially if we are selling foods. We should apply the cleanliness because the health of a human connected with it. Cleanliness is the advantage that they will buy your products, items or etc. You will have a customers. The vendor must clean from themselves because buyers will always look and observe the appearance.
