Staking is one thing I love doing so much. Everytime I receive a particular reward or whenever my contents generates rewards, I stake those rewards and I also use them to purchase more tokens and increase my stake value. I know I don't own a lot but I never stop staking the little I have.
Staking, An Avenue To Save
Technically, when you stake, you are saving there are no two ways about it.
What's the rush is taking out your liquid earnings except for urgent need or emergency?

Though staking can be likely unto saving but there is a great difference.
The number one big difference between saving and staking is that you get returns of the money you stake through curation. It's like using your money to generate another money and not leave it stagnant in your wallet as you would do with your fiat savings.
The fiat currency in your saving box adds nothing to you except it is taken out and used and with that, you can't call it saving again, can you? Whereas with stakes, you still get back some amount of the money staked.
Choosing Staking Over Saving?
If I am given an option to choose between the two, I will still choose to stake over and over again especially after learning about all its benefits, who doesn't like good things? Only a moron I guess 🤷♀️
One shouldn't only focus their wealth on one thing. Just like the saying casting your bread upon many waters you should learn to diversify your wealth.
When I read people purchasing and staking other tokens aside from hive, it motivates me to do better.
